Elastic in leg area for a better fit. Uses regular mini pads. Great for females in season, excitable urination, and housebreaking puppies. Can also be used for males. Velcro for easy on/off style with an opening for the tail to go thru. Comes in your choice of colors. Panty Liner is included.
