Small Dog Strap Harness

This is an adorable cotton fabric strap harness. Adjustable at neck and chest area. No pulling on their tiny necks. Available for all cats & kritters too. Also Sm, Med, and Lg have webbing inside for added firmness and strength. The leash is no longer available. Machine Washable (XS-SM straps are 1/2" wide)(Med straps are 3/4" wide)
